ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Indianapolis shut out Drury 5-0 to win the Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament championship on Monday at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
 
Two of the doubles match-ups were tightly contested as Maximillian Hepp and Sebastien Amato were edged by Arklon Huertas del Pino and Andrea Morlet 8-6 while Marco Razo and Nils Hoffacker defeated Drury's Nico Hadeler and Paul Porcher 9-7.
 
Indianapolis clinched the match with singles wins by Huertas del Pino over Hepp 6-0, 6-1 and Magnus Mueller against Paul Porcher 6-0, 6-1.
 
The Panthers fell to 18-3 while the Greyhounds improved to 15-4. The championship was UINDY's ninth GLVC title in program history and their second straight championship.
 
Both teams are expected to advance to the NCAA-II national tournament and the regional pairings will be announced Monday night.
