ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The 2017 Great Lakes Valley Conference championship match came down to the third set of the number three singles match-up as senior, and 24^th ranked Stephanie Hirsch edged Drury freshman Chung-Yen Huang 0-6, 6-2, 6-4 to lift Indianapolis over the Panthers 5-4 on Monday at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center in St. Louis.
 
13^th ranked Indianapolis improved to 17-3 and dropped 14^th ranked Drury to 20-3.
 
The Panthers won two of the three doubles matches but fell behind 4-2. Drury rallied with singles wins by JiaQing Mo and Josephine Jedrychowski to tie the match at 4-4. Hirsch and Huang's match-up was the only singles match that went three sets.
 
The Greyhounds won their 10^th GLVC women's tennis championship with the win.
 
Selections for NCAA Midwest Regional takes place at 7 p.m. (central) on Monday night.
