Hay claimed medalist honors at 'The Jewel,' a regional golf tournament hosted by Northern Kentucky University in Georgetown, Ky., last weekend, for his second career victory. Hay shot a 2-under-par 70 in the final round, after opening with a 73, to walk away with the title and lead the Panthers to a third place team finish in the 25-team event.
