Blair, named the GLVC Men's Tennis Player of the Year, helped the Panthers capture the league championship when they defeated Indianapolis, Northern Kentucky and Lewis at the Cooper Tennis Complex over the weekend for their fifth GLVC title in seven years as a league member.
