Freshman Annaliesia Salazar, playing in just her third collegiate tournament, won the Lewis Flyers Invitational played at the Cog Hill Dubsdread Course in Lemont, Illinois. Salazar shot an 84 in the opening round, then was the only player in the field to break 80 in rainy and windy conditions in the second round with a 79. Her 163 total won the tournament by one stroke.
