Lawyer Morgan-Beckum won the 141-pound weight class at the Drury Open on Dec. 2. The sophomore from Lee’s Summit, went 4-0 and won one match by fall. Morgan-Beckum defeated Cody Karstetter from Northeast Oklahoma 10-4 in the championship match. It was Morgan-Beckum’s first tournament win of the season and he moved his record to 13-3.
