Drury freshman infielder Brant Schaffitzel went 8 for 15 at the plate in the Panthers four-game series against Rockhurst. His .533 average helped the Panthers to four wins extending the team's winning streak to nine games. The Springfield-Hillcrest product also scored six runs in the four games, had three runs batted in, a double and three walks. Schaffitzel ended Monday's doubleheader leading Drury's team with a .400 average for the season and carries a six-game hitting streak to the Panthers next set of games on April 14.
