Alex Austin appeared in all four games of Drury's series against Maryville and went 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA out of the bullpen. The junior from Springfield-Glendale pitched four innings allowing only one hit and no runs. Austin held a Drury's one-run lead in a 6-3 win in game two of Saturday's doubleheader, got the win in relief in relief in a 2-1 victory in eight innings, and got the Panthers out of a bases-loaded jam in game two on Sunday that turned into a 3-2 win.
