Freshman Brant Schaffitzel went 4 for 8 in Drury's two games in the Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament. The Springfield-Hillcrest product went 1 for 4 with a walk and a double on Thursday against Indianapolis, and was 3 for 4 and was hit by a pitch in Friday's game versus Bellarmine. Schaffitzel reached base six times in 10 plate appearances in two games.
