Clayton Larsen turned in a top-five finish and was named to the all-tournament team at the Midwest Region Tournament at Fox Run in Eureka, Missouri. Larsen moved up five spots in the second day of the tournament going from being tied for ninth to tying for fourth. He shot an even-par 72 on the first day and followed with a one-over, 73 in the second round. Larsen tied with teammate Craig Stefureak with a total score of 145 as the Panthers finished 10^th among 18 teams in the event.
