Drury University Athletics

Lauren Shipley played in three events at last weekend's GLVC track & field championships in Kirksville, Missouri. Shipley medaled in the 400-meter hurdles as she finished third with a time of 1:03.86, the second-fastest time in Drury history. She posted a sixth-place in the high jump clearing 1.62 meters. Shipley was also part of a school-record breaking 4x100 meter relay team that finished fourth at the GLVC championship as she ran a leg for a squad that had a time of 49.37.
