He is the first soccer player to be inducted into the Drury Sports Hall of Fame. Chad Jaeger completed his Drury career in the fall of 1994, earning his degree the following spring. Chad played only two years at Drury, but his play in that short time set a standard that every Drury soccer player strives for. He was his team's MVP at the University of Louisville before transferring to Drury for his junior and senior campaigns. The native of Springfield and graduate of Kickapoo High School led the Panthers to national rankings in 1992 and 1993 and he twice earned NAIA All-American honors. At the time of his graduation he held records for most goals in a season (15), most assists in a season (7) and most points in a season (37). He is still third on the school's all-time list for career goals (29), fourth in career assists (11) and third in career points (69). This was all accomplished in only two years. Chad also played professionally after his graduation from Drury.
