Panthers conclude home stint vs McKendree
Drury concludes a stretch of four straight home games as they host McKendree on Saturday afternoon in a Great Lakes Valley Conference game at the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
 
The Panthers are 5-1 and 1-0 in the GLVC after a 102-69 win over Missouri-St. Louis on Thursday. Drury is 4-0 at home so far this season. The Panthers have won three straight and topped 100 points in each of those three games.
 
McKendree is 3-1 and Saturday will mark their first GLVC game of the season. The Bearcats won their first three games of the season but are coming off of a 75-58 loss at home to Trevecca Nazarene on Nov. 25. McKendree had just won at TNU, 74-65, three days earlier. McKendree is coached by Harry Stratham who is in his 52^nd year as head coach of the Bearcats and winner of 1,113 games, the most in college basketball history by a collegiate head coach.
 
After Saturday's game, Drury goes on the road for the first time in conference play. The Panthers travel to Quincy on Thursday for a 7:30 p.m. game.
