Lady Panthers remain at number seven in this week's NCAA-II poll

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Drury Lady Panthers stayed at number seven in this week's WBCA / NCAA-II coaches' poll. It is the second consecutive week Drury has been ranked seventh, their third straight week in the top 10, and the 68th week in a row the Lady Panthers have been in the top 25. Their 68 consecutive weeks in the poll is the longest active streak in NCAA-II women's basketball. 
 
Drury is 9-1, 3-0 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, and last week picked up road wins at Harding, 65-57, and Quincy, 90-67.
 
Ashland (10-0) remains the nation's number one ranked team in Division II. Alaska-Anchorage is ranked second and West Texas A&M moved up to third in this week's poll.
 
One other GLVC team is in the top 25. Southern Indiana (8-0) is ranked 17th
 
Drury returns to action this weekend with two games in Hawaii. On Saturday, the Lady Panthers play a 9-0 Montana State-Billings team that received votes for the top 25 in this week's poll. Sunday, Drury takes on Notre Dame (Ohio) who will enter the game with an 8-3 record.
