QUINCY, Ill.– The 16th ranked Drury women's tennis team won the West Division of the Great Lakes Valley Conference with a 6-0 win over Quincy on Saturday in Quincy, Illinois.
 
The Panthers ended the regular season 6-0 in the GLVC and 15-1 overall. Quincy dropped to 4-9 and 0-5 in the conference.
 
Drury swept each of their match-ups with the Hawks before play was halted after six rounds. The Panthers won all three doubles matches, and Drury's team of Chung-Yen Huang and Svea Voigt blanked their opponent 8-0.
 
Drury also registered shutouts in two singles matches with 6-0, 6-0 wins from Viktoriya Zheleva and JiaQing Mo.
 
The Panthers have finished first or tied for first in the GLVC West for seven straight years and have an all-time record of 76-2 in their 12 seasons in the conference.
 
Drury starts postseason play on April 20 in the quarterfinals of the Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament held at the Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield.
