Lady Panthers at Illinois Springfield
The 2nd ranked Drury Lady Panthers continue their Illinois road trip on Saturday as they take on the Illinois Springfield Prairie Stars at 1 p.m. Drury is 16-0, 6-0 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference and is coming off of a 72-55 win over McKendree on Thursday. The Lady Panthers are 6-0 on the road this season and 3-0 on the road in the GLVC.
 
UIS is 5-9 and 2-4 in the league. The Prairie Stars lost at home to Missouri S&T 83-77 on Thursday and have dropped four of their last six games. 
 
The Lady Panthers have never lost to Illinois Springfield and bring an 11-0 record against the Prairie Stars into Saturday's match-up. 
 
Drury returns to the road next week and will play at Bellarmine on Thursday for a 4:35 p.m. (Central) game in Louisville, Kentucky.
 
Notes to Know:
-- With Drury's next win, head coach Molly Miller will pass Steve Harold for second-place at Drury in career coaching victories. Miller tied coach Harold with her 129th career victory on Thursday following Drury's win at McKendree. Harold went 129-52 in six seasons at DU while Coach Miller is 129-16 and in her fifth year as head coach of the Lady Panthers.
-- Hailey Diestelkamp has moved up 10th on Drury on Drury's all-time scoring chart with 1,189 career points. In Thursday's game, she passed Annie Armstrong, Melanie Oliver, and Magen Brunson on the Lady Panthers all-time scoring list.
-- Diestelkamp also became the fourth player in program history to top 700 career boards after getting eight boards in Thursday's game at McKendree. She currently ranks 4th all-time in rebounds at Drury with 702. 
-- Daejah Bernard became the seventh player in program history to reach 300 career assists last week and now ranks for sixth on Drury's all-time list with 321.
-- At 16-0, Drury is off to their best start in program history.
