Panthers conclude road trip at Southern Indiana
Drury concludes their road trip on Saturday at Southern Indiana for a 3 p.m. tipoff in Evansville.

The Panthers are coming off of a loss on Thursday at number one ranked Bellarmine 81-59. The two teams were tied at 52-52 with 9:03 remaining before the Knights pulled away to stay unbeaten. Drury is 9-10 and 3-5 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

Southern Indiana is 14-4, 6-2 in the GLVC and is in second place in the league. The Screaming Eagles have won five straight and on Thursday took down Missouri S&T 96-64.

The all-time series is tied 11-11 but Drury won both meetings last year with a 71-61 win in Springfield on Jan. 15, and a 79-72 victory in the GLVC tournament quarterfinals in Edwardsville, Illinois on March 2. The Panthers are 3-5 all-time at USI.

Drury returns home for their next game when they host Quincy on Thursday, Jan. 31 for a 7:45 p.m. in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.

Notes To Know
--The Panthers lead the GLVC in assists with 20 per game and they also lead in the league in steals per game with eight per contest.
--Drury head coach Steve Hesser needs just five more wins to match the career victory total of A.L. Weiser for the program's all-time lead in career coaching wins. Coach Hesser is 311-124 in his 15 seasons leading the program.
