Lady Panthers host Minnesota-Duluth in regular season home opener
The number one ranked Drury Lady Panthers host Minnesota-Duluth in on Monday at 5:30 pm in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
 
Drury is 3-0 after three wins to start the season in the CCA D-II Tipoff Classic in Orange, California Nov. 1-3. The Lady Panthers picked up wins over Simon Fraser, 78-60, 12th ranked West Texas A&M 71-44, and Montana State-Billings, 78-55.
 
Minnesota-Duluth started their last season last weekend in the MIAA/NSIC Crossover Classic in St. Joseph, Missouri and fell to seventh-ranked Fort Hays State 59-51 on Friday, then to Missouri Western State 77-61 on Saturday. Monday's game against Drury will be the third game in four days for the Bulldogs. UM-Duluth went 23-7 last season and earned a bid to the NCAA-II tournament.
 
After Monday's game, the Lady Panthers are idle until Nov. 29 when they host 11th ranked Central Missouri in the first game of the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center Thanksgiving Classic.
