Lady Panthers host Oasis Hotel & Convention Center Thanksgiving Classic
The number one ranked Drury Lady Panthers host the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center Thanksgiving Classic Friday and Saturday at the
O'Reilly Family Event Center.
 
On Friday, Drury Athletics will once again offer free admission to all four games. In addition, Drury Athletics is bringing back the "12 Days of Christmas" with prizes given away throughout the Drury men's and women's contests. Fans will have the opportunity to win $100 Visa Gift Cards, DU season tickets for the rest of the 2019-20 season, and other prizes from team sponsors.
 
The Lady Panthers face Central Missouri at 5:30 pm on Friday, and Saturday will take on Northern Michigan Saturday at 5:30 pm. Truman State will play the 7:45 pm game each night and will battle Northern Michigan on Friday, then Central Missouri on Saturday.
 
Drury is 4-0 and will be playing their first game since November 11 when they defeated Minnesota-Duluth 80-68. Central Missouri, the 2018 NCAA-II National Champions, are 3-2, while Northern Michigan enters the event 3-3. Truman State is off to a 3-1 start.
 
The Lady Panthers are 4-2 all-time against Central Missouri and will be facing the Jennies for the first time since an 86-71 win over UCM at the O' on November 24, 2015. Drury's game on Saturday against Northern Michigan is a rematch of last season's NCAA-II Midwest Regional semifinal contest won the Lady Panthers 78-56 on March 16 on the DU campus.
 
Following this weekend's game, the Lady Panthers are back in action at home and will open the Great Lakes Valley Conference schedule against Southwest Baptist at 5:45 pm.

--Hailey Diestelkamp is 109 rebounds away from reaching 1,000 boards in her career. She already owns Drury's all-time record and enters Monday's game with 886 career rebounds.
