Top-ranked Lady Panthers face Truman St.
The number one ranked and undefeated Drury Lady Panthers will get a test on Saturday from a Truman State team that comes to the O'Reilly Family Event Center with an 18-3 record and a 9-2 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
 
The Lady Panthers, ranked first in this week's WBCA/NCAA-II poll, are 20-0 and 10-0 in the GLVC. Thursday, Drury defeated Quincy 95-52 to start a four-game homestand.
 
Truman State is coming off of a 74-65 win at Missouri S&T on Thursday, and the Bulldogs are winners of three straight.  Truman State has been in the top 25 several times this season and is currently receiving points in the national poll.
 
Drury has never lost to Truman State and own a 13-0 record against the Bulldogs in their history. Last year, The Lady Panthers won in Kirksville 57-46 and won their home game against Truman State 72-46.
 
Drury is home again next week as they host Maryville on Thursday at 5:45 p.m. in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
 
Notes to Know:
--After Thursday's win, the Lady Panthers reached 20 wins in a season for the sixth year in a row and for the 16th time in the program's 19-year history.
--The 20th win on Thursday marked the fastest time to 20 wins in program history as it came in their 20th game played and on Jan. 31.
--The Lady Panthers are ranked number one in the nation in the WBCA/NCAA-II coaches' poll for the first time since the 2004-05 season.
--Drury entered the week ranked first in Division II in assists per game (20.9), steals per game (18.1), forced turnovers per game (30.6) and turnover ratio (+14.7).
