Drury looks to extend winning streak on Saturday at Maryville
The Drury Panthers will look to extend their winning streak to eight games as they travel to Maryville for a 3 p.m. tipoff on Saturday in St. Louis, Missouri.
 
Drury is 16-10, 10-5 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, and is in fifth place in the league. The Panthers won their sixth straight game on Thursday with a 73-62 win at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
 
Maryville enters Saturday's game 9-16 and 4-12 in the GLVC. The Saints are coming off of a 76-70 loss at home to Missouri S&T and are in 12th place in the conference standings.
 
Drury is 16-1 all-time against Maryville and won the earlier meeting this season, 80-52 on Feb. 7 in Springfield. The Panthers have won 10 straight against the Saints with Maryville's only win against DU coming on Feb. 9, 2012, in a 73-55 Panthers loss in St. Louis.
 
Following Saturday's game, Drury returns home to play Rockhurst on Thursday for a 7:45 p.m. game at the O'Reilly Family Event Center.

--The Panthers have gone 9-2 since Jan. 12 and have held their opponents to 64.3 points per game during that run. Drury allowed more than 80 points in their only two losses during this 11-game stretch.
