Panthers back at the O' to take on S&T
After five straight games on the road, the Drury Panthers are back on their home floor on Thursday as they host the Missouri S&T Miners.

Drury enters the 11-7 and 4-6 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Panthers are coming off of a 78-65 loss at eighth-ranked Bellarmine on Saturday.

Missouri S&T is 4-12 and 2-8 in the GLVC. The Miners lost at William Jewell 77-71 on Saturday and have dropped four of their last five.

Drury won the earlier meeting this season, 86-67, on Jan. 18 in Rolla. Conley Garrison had 20 points, six steals and five assists in that game for the Panthers. Drury owned a 42-37 lead at halftime, then held Missouri S&T to without a field for the first 8:26 of the second half to take control of the game. Dulan Scott led the Miners with 13 points in that contest.

The Panthers is 6-1 on their home floor with their only loss coming to 15th ranked Missouri-St. Louis 72-70. Drury, however, has played nine of their last 11 games away from home and now will have seven of their final 10 games of the regular season at the O'.

The Panthers have another home game on Saturday as they host Maryville for a 3 pm.

Johnson nears 1,000 career points
Drury guard Isaac Johnson is just six points away from reaching the 1,000 career points milestone. The senior from Springfield-Kickapoo is averaging 8.9 points this season and enters Thursday's game with 994 in his career. Johnson would be the 45th player in Drury's 109-year history to reach the mark. Conley Garrison surpassed the milestone earlier this season.
