INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Drury got wins from Peter Kuster, Jared Rennick, and Ben Stahlman on Saturday, but Indianapolis came away with a 36-11 win over the Panthers in a Great Lakes Valley Conference dual at the Ruth Lily Fitness Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
 
Peter Kuster, ranked fourth in NCAA-II at 141 pounds, went overtime but took a 6-4, sudden-victory win over Matt McKinney. 
 
Heavyweight Jared Rennick won by Techincal Fall defeating Dylan Hinton 24-9. Rennick is currently ranked seventh in the nation as a heavyweight.
 
Ben Stahlman earned a 6-4 sudden-victory win over Dawson Combest at 157 pounds to improve to 13-5 on the year.
 
"We are beat up at a few weights right now and unfortunately this is the nature of the sport this time of year," said Drury head coach James Reynolds. "Peter, Ben, and Rennick wrestled their hearts out and we are thankful for the teammates that fill in."
 
The Panthers did not field a wrestler at 125 pounds or 133 pounds.
 
Drury travels to Bellarmine tomorrow for a noon (CST) match against the Knights in Louisville, Ky.
