Lady Panthers gun for fourth straight GLVC Tournament title
The Drury Lady Panthers will look to become the first team in Great Lakes Valley Conference history to win four league tournament titles in a row when they face Lewis for the GLVC Championship on Sunday at First Community Arena in Edwardsville, Illinois.

Drury is 31-0, went 20-0 in conference play during the regular season and is the top seed in the GLVC tournament. The Lady Panthers defeated Maryville 94-73 in the quarterfinals on Thursday, then Lindenwood 89-67 on Saturday in the semifinals to get to the title game.

Lewis is 19-11, posted a 14-6 mark in the conference, and is seeded third. The Flyers beat Indianapolis on Friday in the quarterfinals, then took down Bellarmine 76-65 in Saturday's semifinals.Â

In addition to their fourth championship in a row, the Lady Panthers will be looking for a GLVC sweep of going unbeaten in the league regular season and win the conference tournament in the same for the second straight season.

The Drury Lady Panthers have won six GLVC championships, including the last three. Drury has won the league's tournament in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015, 2010, and 2008. Under head coach
Molly Miller, the Lady Panthers are 15-1 with four championships in the conference postseason.Â

In their history, Drury has gone 26-8 in the GLVC Tournament. They are 10-4 in the league quarterfinals, 9-1 in the semifinals, and are 6-2 in the championship game.Â

Thirty wins again
In Thursday's win over Maryville, the Lady Panthers won their 30th game of the season, marking the fourth consecutive 30-win season for Drury. The Lady Panthers went 30-4 in 2016-17, 31-3 in 2017-18, and 35-1 last year. This year was Drury's sixth 30-win season in their 19-year team history.

Diestelkamp's drive to the finish

Hailey Diestelkamp is adding to her storied career with a stretch drive for the ages in the final two months of the season. The Owensville, Missouri, native has set Drury's single-game scoring record twice with 43 points at William Jewell on Feb. 15, then she topped that mark on Senior Day with 53, a total that also set a GLVC single-game scoring record.

Since Jan. 30, Diestelkamp is averaging 27.3points in 13 games and is shooting .552 from the field (137 for 248), and she's averaging 8 rebounds, and 3.2 steals during this stretch.

Drury has topped 90 points 18 times this season and has surpassed 100 points in a game seven times. Their 18 90-plus scoring games are five more than they had last year.
