Panthers face McKendree Wednesday, 7:45 pm at the O'
The Drury Panthers play their second game this week as they host the McKendree Bearcats on Wednesday at 7:45 pm in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.

Drury is 2-1 and coming off of an 86-59 win at home over Maryville on Sunday.

McKendree is 4-2, and the Bearcats are tied for first place in the GLVC's East Division. McKendree played on Monday and came away with a home win over Indianapolis 88-74.

The Panthers are 12-6 all-time against McKendree, but the Bearcats have won two of the last three encounters against Drury. McKendree won the lone meeting between the two teams last year in an 80-70 win over the Panthers in Lebanon, Illinois, on Jan. 4, 2020. The Bearcats also won in their last game at the O', earning a 100-91 win over DU on Dec. 2, 2017.

Wednesday's game is the second contest in a busy stretch for the Panthers. Drury has six games scheduled in a 13 period that started with their win over Maryville on Sunday and conclude with a home game against Rockhurst on Jan. 16.

The Panthers return to action on Saturday when they host 13th ranked Truman State for a 3:15 pm tipoff in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
