The Drury Panthers host 13th ranked Truman State on Saturday at the O'Reilly Family Event Center. Game time has moved to 2 pm, and, as per GLVC guidelines, no spectators are permitted for league events due to concerns from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Panthers are 3-1 and coming off of a 92-88 overtime win over McKendree on Wednesday. In his first four games of the year, Drury senior guard
Conley Garrison has scored 25, 26, 18, and he had 34 on Wednesday against the Bearcats. He is the fourth-leading scorer in NCAA-II, averaging 25.8 points.

Truman State is ranked 13th in NCAA-II and is 7-1. The Bulldogs defeated William Jewell at home on Wednesday 82-77. Truman State's only loss this year has been to Maryville, when they fell 90-83 in St. Louis on Dec. 31. TSU leads the GLVC and is ninth in the nation in field goal percentage hitting a .519 mark from the floor.

Drury leads the all-time series against the Bulldogs 12-8 and won last year's contest 71-52 at the O'Reilly Family Event Center on Feb. 20. Truman State tied for the regular season title in the GLVC in 2020. The all-time series dates back to 1923, and Drury is 5-4 against TSU since the Bulldogs joined the league in 2013-14.

The Panthers' next game is Tuesday, Jan. 12, when they travel to Missouri-St. Louis for a 3:30 pm game. The contest was originally scheduled for Nov. 27 but postponed due to a positive test of the coronavirus.
