Drury baseball unveils 2022 schedule

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— Drury will launch their 16th season of baseball as an NCAA-II program on Feb. 11 when they host Fort Hays State.
 
The Panthers unveiled their 2022 schedule, a slate that currently includes a total of 51 games with 28 contests in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
 
Drury will once again play home games at US Baseball Park in Ozark. Their Feb. 11 opener against Fort Hays State is the start of a four-game series that includes a doubleheader on Sat., Feb. 12, and the final game of the series that Sunday on Feb. 13.
 
The Panthers are at home the next three weekends as they host Winona State, Wisconsin-Parkside, and Missouri S&T in a non-conference series. Drury concludes a stretch of 15-straight home games by hosting Central Missouri in a mid-week contest on March 9.
 
DU also opens their GLVC schedule at home when they host McKendree in a four-game series March 25-28.
 
This year's GLVC Tournament will be held on May 12-15 at the Lou Brock Sports Complex on Lindenwood's campus in St. Charles, Missouri. The NCAA-II regional tournaments run May 20-22 and May 27-29 on campus sites. The NCAA-II Championship will be decided June 4-11 at the USA Baseball Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina.
 
Head coach Scott Nasby will enter his 10th season as Drury's head coach in 2022. He has led the team to two GLVC Championships and five NCAA-II Tournament appearances.
