Drury renews rivalry with William Jewell on Tuesday
The Drury Panthers are back on the road as they take on William Jewell Tuesday at 7 pm in Liberty, Missouri. Tuesday's game was originally scheduled for Dec. 5 but was postponed due to issues with the COVID-19 virus.

Drury is 5-7 and will be looking for their first win since Jan. 16. The Panthers are coming off of a 68-59 loss at Maryville on Saturday.

William Jewell is 2-11. The Cardinals had their game at McKendree on Saturday postponed due to concerns with the coronavirus. Their last game was last Thursday when they fell at Missouri-St. Louis 88-83. William Jewell's two wins have been a victory at Indianapolis on the first day of the season, 70-69, on Nov. 27, and a Jan. 23 win at home over Lindenwood 81-78.

Tuesday's game is a rematch from a Jan. 14 game that resulted in a 94-73 win for the Panthers at the O'Reilly Family Event Center. Drury led 50-39 at halftime in that game and shot 61 percent from the field, going 35 for 57. They also connected on 9 of their 18 three-point tries and were led by Jason Montgomery's 20 points.

Drury's game at William Jewell is part of a nine-game-in-18-day stretch that sees the Panthers playing three times per week for three weeks in a row. The Panthers return to action on Thursday when they host Lindenwood for a 7:45 pm game at the O'Reilly Family Event Center. On Saturday, Drury faces Missouri-St. Lous at home.
