Lady Panthers start road trip at McKendree
The Drury Lady Panthers start a two-game road trip on Thursday when they travel to McKendree for a 5:30 pm game in Lebanon, Illinois.

Drury is 11-1, in first place in the Great Lakes Valley Conference's West Division, and is ranked fourth nationally in this week's NCAA-II coaches' poll. The Lady Panthers rebounded from their first loss in nearly two years with an 80-72 win over Lindenwood on Feb. 4. Drury had their 42-game winning streak snapped on Feb. 2 in a 74-69 loss at home Rockhurst. The Lady Panthers had their Feb. 6 game against Missouri-St. Louis postponed due to a positive COVID-19 test within the UMSL program.

McKendree is 6-10 and in fifth place in the GLVC-East. The Bearcats have won their last two games, however, and are coming off of a 72-62 win at Southwest Baptist on Saturday. McKendree also won at Rockhurst on Feb. 4, 62-55, in a game that followed the Hawks win at Drury two nights earlier.

Drury is 11-0 all-time against McKendree. The Lady Panthers won the earlier meeting this season against the Bearcats, 96-62, on Jan. 6 at the O'Reilly Family Event Center. Emily Parker had 19 points and 9 rebounds in that game, while Kelsey Winfrey added 18 points for the Drury as six Lady Panthers were in double-figures. Sydney Diekhoff had 26 points for McKendree, the most scored by an opposing player against Drury this season. The Lady Panthers won at McKendree last season 84-63 on Jan. 4, 2020.

Following Thursday's game, the Lady Panthers travel to Southern Indiana for a 3:15 pm against the Screaming Eagles in Evansville. This weekend's road trip marks the first time this year Drury has traveled out of the state of Missouri.

Robinson closes on DU's top 10 all-time scoring list
Drury guard Paige Robinson is 19 points away from cracking Drury's top 10 all-time scoring list. The junior from Bethany, Illinois, has 1,210 points and is 19 away from matching the total of Heather Harman (2014-18) for 10th on Drury's career points list.

Lady Panthers look to continue road winning streak
While a number of historic winning streaks came to an end for the Lady Panthers on Feb. 2 in their loss at home to Rockhurst, one streak remained alive and gets put back on the line tonight for Drury.

The Lady Panthers enter Thursday's game with a 29-game winning streak on the road. That mark is the longest road winning streak in Division II women's basketball and dates back to their loss at Ashland in the NCAA-II Midwest Regional Championship game on March 12, 2019.

Drury is 6-0 on the road this year. They were 11-0 on the road last year and won all 12 road contests in 2018-19.
