Lady Panthers host Maryville
The Drury Lady Panthers start a weekend homestand against Maryville on Thursday at 5:45 pm in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.

Drury is 19-2, 9-1 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference and ranked fourth in this week's NCAA-II coaches' poll. The Lady Panthers are coming off of an 82-56 win at home over Southwest Baptist on Saturday.

Maryville is 7-7 and 3-5 in the GLVC. The Saints snapped a three-game losing streak on Saturday with a 70-57 win at home over William Jewell.

Drury is 22-3 all-time against Maryville and won both meetings against the Saints last year. The Lady Panthers won the first encounter, 92-59, at Drury on Jan. 3, then won in St. Louis, 76-56 on Jan. 30. Drury has won 14 straight against Maryville dating back to Jan. 22, 2015.

Paige Robinson leads Drury averaging 22.4 points but remains out of the line-up with and hand and wrist injury.
Alana Findley is the leading scorer on the active roster averaging 15.1 points and 8.3 rebounds. The junior from Fair Grove has seven double-doubles this season.

About the Saints
Maryville has gone 2-3 since Jan. 13 when they resumed their schedule after a two-week shutdown due to COVID-19. The Saints played only one game between Dec. 4 and Jan. 13, with five of six scheduled games either canceled or postponed.

Antoinette Mussorici leads Maryville scoring 14.1 points per game, while Taylor Kirby averages 11.1 points. The Saints rank third in the GLVC in field goal defense, allowing a .386 mark from the field and they allow just 64 points per game.

Drury leads the GLVC in scoring margin (+18.4), scoring (81.3), three-point shooting (.376), steals (13.1), and turnovers (+10.7).

As of Friday, the Lady Panthers are expected to be without
Paige Robinson (hand/wrist),
Kate Gilbert (leg). Drury was without five players for their first two games of the week following the holiday break, and has played with at least two starters out for their previous seven games. Drury has not yet had a game postponed or canceled this season.

The Lady Panthers are back at home on Saturday when they take on Missouri S&T. Game time is 1 pm in the O'Reilly Family Event Center. The game is a rematch of a contest won by the Lady Panthers on Nov. 29 when Drury won 90-74 in Rolla.
