Lady Panthers remain 4th in this week's NCAA-II poll

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— The Drury Lady Panthers remained the fourth-ranked team in the nation this week's NCAA-II coaches' poll. Drury is 21-2 and 11-1 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference and won both of their games last week with a 75-49 win over Maryville last Thursday and a 71-59 victory against Missouri S&T on Saturday.
 
The top four teams in this week's Top 25 were unchanged from last week. Glenville State (18-0) is still ranked number one, with Ashland (17-1) ranked second, and Azusa Pacific (15-1) is third. 
 
This week's poll marks the 129th consecutive week the Lady Panthers have been ranked in the top 25, the longest streak in the nation. It is also their 67th straight week in the top 10. Drury has been ranked in the top four in all 11 national polls this season.
 
Drury is the only team in the GLVC nationally ranked, but two teams in the league are receiving votes for the Top 25. Missouri-St. Louis, a team Drury plays on Thursday, is 13-2 and getting votes the poll along with Southern Indiana (14-3).
 
The Lady Panthers are at UMSL on Thursday at 5:30 pm, then play at Lindenwood on Saturday at 1 pm. Drury is back at home on Thursday, Feb. 10, when they host Southern Indiana for a 5:45 pm contest.
