SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— 25 members of Drury's swimming & diving teams were named Scholar All-Americans by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America.
The award recognizes students who achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and were invited to compete at their respective national championships. Second Team Scholar All-Americans posted a 3.50 GPA and had a "B" time standard for the national championship meet.
The Drury women's team had 14 student-athletes earn a spot on the list, while the Panthers men's swimming & diving team had 11 named to the Scholar All-American squad.
The Drury men's team finished the season as the NCAA-II Runner-Up, while the DU women's team won the Great Lakes Valley Conference championship and finished fourth at the NCAA-II national meet.
