Lady Panthers back home to host William Jewell
The Lady Panthers are back at home after a three-game, six-day road trip and host William Jewell at 5:45 pm in the O'Reilly Family Event Center on Thursday.
 
Drury is 16-1, 9-0 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, and is third in the latest NCAA-II coaches' poll. The Lady Panthers enter Thursday's game with a 12-game winning streak.
 
William Jewell is 4-15 and 2-7 in the GLVC. The Cardinals have league wins over Rockhurst (69-66 on Dec. 10), and Illinois Springfield (76-63 on Jan. 5). William Jewell last lost three straight and fell in a rematch against Rockhurst, 76-48, on Monday.
 
After Thursday's game, Drury is home again and will take on Truman State in a showdown of the top two teams in the GLVC. The Bulldogs have only one loss in the league and are alone in second place. Tipoff is at 1 pm.
