Lady Panthers open GLVC schedule at Quincy
The Drury Lady Panthers open their Great Lakes Valley Conference schedule on Monday at Quincy.

Drury is 5-0 and ranked 17th in NCAA-II, while the Hawks are 1-4 with a 1-0 mark in the conference as they are coming off of a league win on Saturday at William Jewell, 74-62.

Monday's game marks the return of Drury's head coach Kaci Bailey to Quincy, where she served as head coach of the Hawks for two years. Bailey was named the Lady Panthers head coach on April 5 after the resignation of previous head coach Amy Eagan on March 28, who stepped down to take over the program at Lindenwood.

Bailey went 22-36 in two years at Quincy, guiding them to a 9-20 record and a 5-15 mark in the GLVC her first season, followed by a 13-16 season with a 9-11 league record in her second year.

Assistant coach Jenna Knudson, guard Beth Matas Martin and forward Gabby Burns all followed Bailey to Drury.

After Monday's game, the Lady Panthers return to the road to take on GLVC preseason favorite Lewis in Romeoville, Illinois for a 5:30 pm tipoff.
