Drury takes win streak to Indianapolis
Second-ranked Drury heads to Indianapolis to put their 19-game winning streak on the line against the Greyhounds on Thursday at 4:30 pm (CST).
 
Drury is number two in this week's NCAA-II poll and is 23-1 with a perfect 16-0 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Lady Panthers have yet to lose on the road this season as they are 9-0 in away games and 3-0 on neutral floors.
 
Indianapolis is 14-10 and 10-6 in the GLVC. The Greyhounds are in fourth place in the league and have gone 9-3 at home this year. UIndy has won seven of their last nine games, with one of their two losses in that span coming in overtime at Rockhurst.
 
Thursday's game is the second meeting between the two teams. Drury won the contest at home, 94-73, on Jan. 7.
 
Following Drury's game on Thursday, the Lady Panthers play their final regular season on Saturday at McKendree. Tipoff is at 1 pm in Lebanon, Illinois.
 
One more to 600 W's
The Drury Lady Panthers need one more win to reach 600 victories as a program. Drury leads all of Division II women's basketball in all-time winning percentage as the Lady Panthers have gone 599-117 for a winning percentage of .838 in 23 seasons. Drury has seen their win total and percentage jump in the last six years as the Lady Panthers entered this season, having gone 187-15 (.926) since 2016-17.

The Lady Panthers lead the all-time series against Indianapolis 15-5. Drury won the earlier meeting against the Greyhounds this season, 93-74, at Drury on Jan. 7. Drury has won nine straight against UIndy with the Greyhounds' last win over the Lady Panthers coming on Jan. 5, 2014, in Springfield, 85-64.

For the sixth week in a row, the Drury Lady Panthers are the number two ranked team in the nation at the NCAA-II level. The top nine teams in the national poll stayed the same as Tampa (23-1) is third, Texas Woman's College (23-1) is ranked fourth, Glenville St. (22-2) is fifth, and Grand Valley St. (22-2) is number six.
 
The week's poll marks the 148th consecutive week the Lady Panthers have been ranked in the top 25, the longest such streak in the nation. It is also their 86th straight week to be ranked in the top 10.
