INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Drury's Caden Howard and Dillon Nichols both earned wins for the Panthers in a dual against ninth-ranked Indianapolis on Friday in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Greyhounds handed Drury their first loss in the Great Lakes Valley Conference in a 38-6 win for the Greyhounds.
 
Dillon Nichols rallied from behind to defeat Jackson Hoover, ranked seventh nationally at 149 pounds. Nichols, a senior from Mexico, Missouri, trailed 7-0 but battled back to win 11-9.
 
Caden Howard also picked up a win for the Panthers. Competing at 125 pounds, Howard won for the fourth time in five matches as the reigning GLVC Wrestling of the Week defeated Nathan Smith 6-3.
 
Indianapolis won six of the contested matches and picked up 38 points to stay undefeated in the GLVC and go to 5-5 overall. Drury went to 2-1 in the conference and 2-3 on the season.
 
The Panthers compete again on Sunday when they take on 15^th ranked Upper Iowa in Fayette, Iowa.
