SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – On Friday, Drury fell to #5 Central Oklahoma, 40-5, in Weiser Gym to fall to 4-3 on the season in duals.
 
Drury dropped four of the first five matches by major decision, putting the Panthers in a 22-0 deficit going into the 157 match.
 
It was a question going into the dual who 14^th ranked Will Kuster would face for Central Oklahoma, #10 Hunter Jump or Jaxon Randall. The Bronchos ran out Randall to face Kuster. Kuster won by technical fall, 22-6, to give Drury their only win of the evening.
 
Going into the final match of the evening, Drury trailed 37-5. That did not stop Jack Stoffel. Stoffel led going into the second period, 1-0, before a penalty point was awarded to Judson Rowland. Rowland would get an escape in the closing minutes of the match to take it from Stoffel by decision, 2-1.
 
The Panthers return to the mat tomorrow night against #23 Indianapolis at 6 p.m. in Weiser Gym.
