RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The 12th-ranked Drury bass fishing team recorded another strong performance at the Association of Collegiate Anglers Collegiate Bass Open on Lake Dardanelle, held Oct. 11-12.
 

Three Drury teams finished in the top 14 of the 297-boat field, led by Sam Sutter and Mason Laurin, who placed 10th with a two-day total of 28.50 pounds to qualify for the 2026 ACA National Championship, set for May 21-22 on Pickwick Lake in Florence, Ala.

Jase White and Brady Horton finished 13th with 27.44 pounds, followed by Camden Kozikoski and Dayne Kobriger, who placed 14th at 27.12 pounds. Cade Lipham and Caleb Coleman finished 27th (24.77 lbs), and brothers Ethan and Brody Thoele placed 45th (21.99 lbs).

The Panthers' showing is expected to boost their national ranking when the updated standings are released next week.
