INDIANAPOLIS – Drury wrestling's Nate Wishne competed on day two of the 46th annual Midwest Classic in the 141-pound bracket on Sunday, Dec. 14.

On day one, Wishne opened the tournament with a 3-2 decision win over Findlay's Ashton Anderson. The Lee's Summit native then faced No. 14 Chad Ozias of Pitt-Johnstown, falling by a 14-4 technical fall.

Needing a win to advance to day two, Wishne battled to a 5-2 decision win over Ashland's Rylen Campbell. All five of Wishne's points came in the final two minutes and secured the win in the last 15 seconds.

Heading into day two, Wishne continued his push for a placement finish, but fell to CSU-Pueblo's Eddie Bowman by a 22-4 on a technical fall at 6:06.
