SPRINGFIELD -- Drury University has announced the addition of
Stewart Davis as senior director of development, a role in which he will work alongside Drury Athletics as director of parent and athletic giving.
As part of his new role, Davis will serve as the primary development liaison between Drury Athletics and University Advancement. He brings more than 15 years of experience in relationship management, organizational development, and strategic leadership to Drury. Most recently, Davis served as project manager at SRC Logistics, where he oversaw a multimillion-dollar client portfolio, serving as the primary strategic partner for the company's largest clients and leading cross-functional teams.
His experience also includes leadership roles focused on customer engagement, marketing, and operations at Solarity and Noble Communications, as well as Missouri State University Athletics, where he began his career managing corporate partnerships, community relations and game operations.
Davis earned his master's degree in education with an emphasis in sport administration from the University of Kansas, and his bachelor's degree in organizational communication, with minors in general business and biomedical sciences, from Missouri State University. He resides in Springfield with his wife, Alisha, and daughters Hannah and Hailey.
