SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Drury Lady Panthers eye their fourth straight win on Thursday evening in Romeoville, Illinois, against the red-hot Lewis Flyers.
 
With six days since the most recent Lady Panther game, Drury will search for their fourth consecutive win after defeating Illinois Springfield and Indianapolis on back-to-back days last week by an average of 22 points. Lewis has won ten straight games dating back to early December by an average of 23 points.
 
Fans may follow the action through the GLVC Sports Network (subscription required), where games will be streamed live throughout the regular season. New for the 2025-26 academic year, viewing access to GLVC regular season and postseason broadcasts will be available via monthly subscription ($30) or annual subscription ($140). Single-event access can also be purchased for $15. All Drury Lady Panthers games will also have free live audio coverage on DU All-Access.
 
SERIES HISTORY
  • Drury is 23-11 all-time against Lewis.
  • The Flyers have won three straight games against the Lady Panthers.

  • Lewis will be the ninth team that Drury plays this season that has a win percentage over .500 on gameday; in those games, the Lady Panthers are 4-4.
  • Thursday's game against Lewis will be a meeting between the two active GLVC teams with the most league tournament titles, a combined 16. Lewis and Drury have played each other in the title game six times, including three of the last four seasons.
  • This season, it is a race to 70 for the Lady Panthers. Drury is 8-0 when they reach 70 points before their opponents.
  • Drury is 10-1 this season when they have a halftime lead. The Lady Panthers have scored more than 30 points in the first half in six of their last eight games.

  • Against Indianapolis, Stratton became the first Lady Panther freshman since Paige Robinson to make five three-pointers in a game and the first since Daejah Bernard to shoot a perfect 5-for-5 from the field, with all five of Stratton's shots coming from distance.
  • Lewis is the hottest team in the GLVC. They have won ten straight games, the longest streak of any GLVC team this season.
  • During the winning streak, the Flyers are forcing 17.2 turnovers per game.
  • Only four of their ten straight wins were against NCAA Division II teams with a winning record.
  • Ally Cesarini has been the star for Lewis during the streak. She has recorded 50 steals and is averaging 11.8 points per game.
  • Mallory Ramage is scoring 14.5 points per game over the last ten games.
 
LOOKING AHEAD
The Lady Panthers continue their road trip north to Upper Iowa on Saturday for the final game in January. Drury and the Peacocks will tip off at 1 pm in Fayette.
