Jones, a First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference selection, was ninth in the GLVC with a .450 on base percentage and ranked 10th in the GLVC with a .366 batting average . . . Was hit by pitch 14 times which was third most by a Panther for a season . . . Had a career high four hits and scored four runs vs. Missouri-St. Louis (April 25) and matched his career high with two stolen bases at Missouri S&T (April 16) . . . Had a career best 12 game hitting streak and finished with 56 hits, scored 35 runs, had 19 RBIs, stole 13 bases, had eight doubles, two triples and two homers while being walked 11 times.

A First Team All-GLVC selection, Colton was a vital part of the 2013 Panthers success, Colton led the GLVC and the Panthers and was twelfth in the nation for runs scored with 62 (a new DU single season record) and was 22nd in the nation for runs per game (1.5) . . . Set a new Drury single season record with 445 putouts . . . Was fourth on the Panthers with 93 total bases and led the GLVC with 16 hit by pitches which was 35th nationally and ranks second for a single season to his mark of 18 set in 2012 . . . Led DU and was fifth in the GLVC and 61st nationally with 31 walks, second all-time for a season to Caleb Cole's 32 set in 2013 also . . . Had a career high three walks in the Panthers series opener at Christian Brothers (2/17/13) which tied him for second most at DU in a game . . . Hit .325 on the season with 63 hits in 194 at bats and matched his career high with three hits three times, those at UMSL (4/7/13), vs. Missouri S&T (4/17/13) and at Quincy (4/21/13) . . . Had 22 RBIs on the season with a career high four vs. Illinois-Springfield (4/13/13) . . . Was second on the team with a .453 on base percentage and was fifth on the team with a .479 slugging percentage . . . Stole nine bases and recorded two triples, those coming vs. Illinois-Springfield (4/14/13) and at William Jewell (5/5/13) . . . His 14 doubles tied him for fifth most in a season by a Panther.

A Second Team All-GLVC West Division selection, Colton led DU, was third in the GLVC and was 134th in the nation with a .459 on base percentage which was fifth highest by a Panther for a season. . . Was 10th nationally for hit by pitch with 18 and was second on the Panthers with a .350 batting average. . . Had 23 RBIs with a season high three vs. William Jewell (4/14/12). . . Scored 32 runs with a career best three at Pittsburg State (4/25/12). . . Tallied 49 hits and had a six game hitting streak with a career best three in three games. . . His three hits games came vs. William Jewell (5/1/12), at Pittsburg State (4/25/12) and vs. Missouri S&T (4/3/12). . . Had six doubles with two at Illinois-Springfield (4/6/12) and had three triples. . . Homered vs. Maryville (5/4/12). . . Stole nine bases and had two at Illinois-Springfield (4/6/12). . . Was fourth on the Panthers with a .457 slugging percentage. . . Was walked 11 times with a career high two walks in three different games.
SOPHOMORE
Made nine starts and played in 19 games with season numbers of seven RBIs, seven walks, three hits, three doubles, two runs and a stolen base. . . Had 30 at bats and scored a run in each of the Panthers games vs. Truman State (2/19/11). . . Had three hits on the season those coming in games at Northern Kentucky, at Florida Tech and vs. Washburn. . . Had a double and two RBIs vs. Washburn (2/26/11). . . Was an all-state selection in 2009 for Mansfield High School. . . Was named a second team infielder by the 2009 Missouri Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association. . . Helped Mansfield to an undefeated conference record of 24-0 and three district titles. . . Played on two district champion basketball teams and the state runner-up team in 2007.
