AT DRURY...
CAREER

Ben helped the Panthers to three NCAA-II National Tournament appearances and was on the 2013 NCAA-II National Championship team . . . Fisher made seven starts and played in 98 games as a Panther scoring 268 points and having 117 rebounds, 83 assists and 58 steals. 

SENIOR
Ben finished his career on a high note scoring in double figures in five of his last six games and having a career high 19 points with five three pointers in the Panthers GLVC title game vs. Bellarmine on March 8th. . . Was second in the GLVC for three point field goal percentage at 45.8%. . . Fisher scored 17 points at Bellarmine in the opening round of the NCAA-II National Tournament with four three pointers . . . Scored 15 points vs. Missouri-St. Louis in the opening round of the GLVC Tournament on March 5th and had 15 points vs. Rockhurst on February 21st. . . Pulled down a career high six rebounds in games vs. Bellarmine in the GLVC championship game and had six boards vs. Missouri S&T with 56 rebounds on the year. . .Fisher had a season high three assist in three games and finished the season with 40. . . Had 25 steals and a career high four vs. Bellarmine in the GLVC title game.

Ben scored a season high 10 points in games vs. Southern Indiana (3/8/14) and at Southwest Baptist (11/12/13) with nine points in games vs. Northwest Missouri State at the Comfort Inn/Drury Thanksgiving Classic (11/29/13) and had nine vs. Webster in the Panthers season opener (11/8/13) . . . Scored 68 points on the year for a 2.3 ppg. average and played in 29 games starting the Panthers game vs. Central Christian (12/7/13) . . . Matched his career high with three steals three times in 2013-14 those coming vs. Southern Indiana (3/8/14), at Illinois-Springfield (2/8/14) and vs. Missouri S&T (12/5/13) . . . Scored nine points and made three, three pointers vs. Quincy (1/19/13) ... Scored seven points at Saint Joseph's (1/12/13) ... Had a career high three assists vs. Central Christian (12/1/12) and matched his career high of three boards at Rockhurst (2/23/13) ... Ben set a career high with three steals vs. Illinois-Springfield (1/17/13) ... Had fourteen boards on the season and thirteen assists.

FRESHMAN
Played in 16 games and 82 total minutes with a season high 12 minutes vs. St. Mary (12/17/11) and played 11 minutes vs. Salem International (11/25/11) at the Drury/Comfort Inn Thanksgiving Classic. . . Scored three points vs. St. Mary and scored two points in three games. . . Had two assists vs. St. Mary and eight on the season. . . Recorded four steals and pulled down three rebounds twice in games vs. Illinois-Springfield (2/2/12) and vs. St. Mary.

PREP...
Ben Fisher, a former standout guard for Nixa High School, joins the Drury basketball Panthers starting with the 2011-12 campaign. . . The 5-foot-10 Fisher was a three-year starter for coach Jay Osborne's Eagles, whom he helped to a 70-15 record and three Central Ozark Conference championships in his time on the floor for NHS. . . Fisher averaged 8.5 points and 4.2 assists for the Eagles as a senior, when a Nixa team finished 21-6 and reached the Class 5 district semifinals. He hit 42 percent of his 3-point attempts (41 of 98), 48 percent from the field (76 of 159) and nearly 80 percent at the FT line and led the team with 22 charges drawn this past season. . . "Ben played on a team that was extremely talented and shared and distributed the ball unselfishly," Osborne said of Fisher, who was also named to the Bass Pro Tournament of Champions All-Tournament team twice. . . Earned All-Nixa Invitational Tournament team honors his senior season. . . "His main goal was to win. Period. He's the son of a former coach who does all the things that never show up in a box score. . . Ben was also an outstanding football player who broke the Nixa High School passing record for most touchdown passes and earned All-Conference and All-District honors. . . The Nixa football team was 9-4 and made the state quarterfinals in 2009. . . Was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with a 3.7 grade point average.
