JUNIOR
 Had two outdoor runs that placed him second on the all-time Drury list with a 15:11.38 for a second place finish in the 5,000 Meter at the Wendy's/Pittsburg State Invitational and a 31:51.21 in the 10,000 Meter at the GLVC Outdoor Championships where he placed eighth. . . Jamen claimed three victories in the 5,000 Meter on the year with those coming at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, at the Darel Gourley Open hosted by William Jewell and at the Dewey Allgood Invite hosted by Missouri S&T. . . He ran a 8:53.11 in the 3,000 Meter outdoor at the GLVC Championships which ranks sixth fastest at Drury.

SOPHOMORE
His time of 32:00.20 in the 10,000 Meter at the GLVC Outdoor Championships ranks third best at DU . . . With a 15:28.09 in the 5,000 Meter at the Pittsburg State/Wendy's Invitational he ranks 10th all-time in Outdoor records . . . Was third in the 5,000 Meter at the Missouri Intercollegiate Challenge (15:49.39).

FRESHMAN
Jamen was one of the best newcomers on the team and placed second at the Missouri Southern State/Bill Williams/Bob Laptad Invitational with a time of (15:33.96) in the 5,000 Meter . . . Helton was third in the 5,000 Meter at the Mizzou Collegiate Challenge (15:38.67) and was seventh in the 5,000 Meter at the Pittsburg State/Wendy's Invitational (15:38.00).
