Colombo finished his career with a .321 batting average and is ranked fifth all-time with 210 hits and sixth all-time with a 261 total bases…Ranks seventh all-time with 117 runs and ranks third all-time for hit by pitch (26)…Ranks second all-time with seven complete games, ranks third all-time with 190 strikeouts, and is fourth all-time with 23 wins, win lost percentage (.719) with a 23-9 career record and is also fourth all-time with a 3.22 ERA…Finished his career ranked third all-time with 514 assists…
Ryan signed to play with the Hollywood Stars of the Pecos League.

SENIOR
Ryan was named the GLVC Player of the Year for the 2017 season, and earned First Team All-Region honors for National Baseball Coaches Writers Association, First team All-Midwest Region American Baseball Coaches Association and a First Team All-Midwest Region by D2CCA…Earned the Josh Willingham Award for NCAA-II Most Valuable Player…Ryan was also one of 12 finalists for the Tino Martinez Division II National Player of the Year…Colombo led the Panthers with a 2.62 ERA on the mound and was second on the team with 78 strikeouts, fifth best for a season, in 106.2 innings, the most ever by a Panther in a season…Posted a 9-2 record and made 15 appearances while recording three complete games…At the plate he led the Panthers with a .375 batting average and had a team best 84 hits, good for 20^th in the nation and second most by a Panther for a season, and scored 48 runs…Tied for the team lead with 11 doubles and was third on the team with 33 RBIs…Matched his career high with three runs in games at Arkansas-Ft. Smith and at William Jewell and had a career high four hits at Ft. Smith and at Southwest Baptist…Recorded a career-best five RBIs at Ft. Smith and had a career-high two doubles at Jewell…Also posted a nine game hitting streak on the 2017 campaign.

JUNIOR
Led the Panthers with a .326 batting average and was the team leader for hits (61), runs (31) and stolen bases going 8-of-11 on the bases. . . Was second on the team with 21 RBIs and matched his career high with three vs. Cedarville on March 19. . . Matched his career high with three hits in games vs. Winona State, Southern Indiana, at Southwest Baptist and vs. Grand Valley State. . . Scored a career high three runs vs. Jewell on April 10. . . Had a homer vs. Rogers State on April 26 and had three triples and 10 doubles which matched him with Devan O'Bryan for the team lead. . . Matched his career high twice with a seven game hitting streak. . . Ryan had a 3.30 ERA for the Panthers on the mound and made 11 appearances and led the Panthers with 57 strikeouts on the year and recorded a career high nine strikeouts vs. William Jewell on April 9. . . Had two complete games and a save on the year and threw nine innings vs. Southern Indiana on March 11 and vs. Jewell.

SOPHOMORE
Wrapped up the season with a seven game hitting streak and had 36 hits on the season. . . matched a career high twice with three hits at William Jewell (3/3/15) and vs. Quincy (3/16/15) at the NCAA-II Regional Tournament . . . Ryan had 20 RBIs and matched his career high with three vs. Rockhurst (4/25/15). . . He scored two runs five times and hit his first career triple vs. Truman State (4/12/15). . . Was a perfect 5-for-5 on the base paths for stolen bases. . . Recorded a season best five putouts vs. Truman State (4/11/15) and had a season high eight assists at UMSL (4/4/15). . . Had a career high six strikeouts on the mound coming vs. Lewis (3/16/15) and at Saint Joseph's (3/22/15). . . Pitched a career high eight innings at Saint Joseph's. . . Had 27 strikeouts in 51.2 innings with 10 starts and with a 5-2 record. . . Had complete games vs. Maryville (3/29/15) and at Saint Joseph's (3/22/15). . . His eight assists at UMSL tied him for second most by a Panther in a game and his 148 assists in 2015 rank third most for a single season.

FRESHMAN
Ryan earned First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honors and pitched and played infield for the Panthers . . . Colombo hit .305 and started 30 of the 42 games he played in with 29 hits, 17 runs, 12 RBIs, three doubles, three walks and two stolen bases . . . He had a .337 slugging percentage and a .330 on base percentage . . . Colombo had a season high five game hitting streak with three hits in three games, those coming vs. Lake Erie (May 17) in the Midwest Regional Tournament, at Truman State (April 6) and vs. McKendree (March 22) . . . Ryan also recorded his career high of two steals vs. McKendree . . . Colombo scored a season best two runs three times and has season bests of two RBIs in games at Southern Indiana in the Midwest Regional and vs. Truman State (May 10) in the GLVC Tournament. . . On the mound Ryan made 15 appearances with a 6-1 record and had a 2.89 ERA with 28 strikeouts. . . Had a save vs. Indianapolis (May 9). . . Posted his season high of five strikeouts vs. Missouri Southern State (April 8) and threw a season high 7.1 innings . . . Threw 46.2 innings for the season and made seven starts.

PREP...
Ryan was the 2013 Kansas Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year and earned All-State honors as well as being named Pitcher of the Year in Kansas for 2013 . . . He hit .451 with 37 hits in 82 at bats with 35 RBIs, 24 runs, nine doubles, a triple and had eight walks his senior season . . . On the mound Ryan went 7-1 with a 1.01 ERA in 48.2 innings of action with 39 K's and walking just five . . . Was 2013 Topeka Shawnee County Sports Council Spring Male Athlete of the Year . . . Senior season he was a First Team All-State selection, First Team All-City and a First Team All-Centennial League selection . . . Named City Pitcher of the Year in 2013 . . . Was a 2013 Rawlings Central Region Honorable Mention selection his senior season also . . . In 2012 was Kansas Class 5A Pitcher of the Year and a First Team All-State pitcher . . . Junior season he earned All-City and All-Centennial League Pitcher and Player of the Year honors . . . Pitched a perfect game at the WWBA 17U National Championship and earned All-Tournament Team honors . . . 2012 NTIS USA Baseball Team Midwest member . . . Sophomore season he earned Second Team All-City honors and All-Centennial League honors . . . As a freshman he was Second Team All-City and Centennial League Honorable Mention . . . Helped Seaman High School in Topeka win the 2013 State title and a No. 1 ranking by MAXPreps.com for medium sized school . . .
