Son of David and Belinda Stilwell.

AT DRURY
JUNIOR
Alex went 5-1 on the season in 24.2 innings on the mound and made 21 appearances…He racked up 16 strikeouts with a season-high two in games at Arkansas-Ft. Smith, at William Jewell, and at Northwood in the NCAA-II Midwest Regional…Threw a season most three innings in the Panthers GLVC contest vs. Truman State.

SOPHOMORE
Alex saw an inning of action in games at St. Edward's, Arkansas-Ft. Smith, at Truman State and vs. William Jewell. . . Had a career high two strikeouts at Truman State on April 3.

HIGH SCHOOL
Stilwell comes to DU from the same Central program that has produced DU Panther Jacob Green. . .  He was an All-Conference and All-Metro selection his senior season at Central . . . Posted a 6-2 record with a 2.25 ERA and had 51 strikeouts his senior season at Central. . . Had a career high seven strikeouts vs. Searcy High School . . . Pitched two conference shutouts in the Class 7A Central Conference his senior season and helped Central to a conference runner-up and State-Semi Final finish as a senior . . .  He's been an Honor Roll member every semester of his four-year career as well as a member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club.
