A product of Republic High School, Smith play for former Drury player Tim Brown ('09) in his senior year and helped his team to a 20-7 record with an 8-1 mark in the COC...name First Team All-Central Ozark Conference for the second straight year...was a First Team All-District selection....averaged 17.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals...was an 88 percent free throw shooter...was a First Team All-Central Ozark Conference pick as a junior...averaged 19.5 points and 8.5 rebounds helping the Tigers to a 17-8 record in 2017-18.
