AT DRURY...
CAREER
Had a outstanding career at DU, named the Dr. Edsel Matthews Award at the
annual Drury All-Sports Banquet senior season, Katrina made the NCAA-II National
Tournament field three times...The Second Team All-American was the
GLVC medalist and tied the tournament record for the lowest two round total with 143
her senior year...A two-time GLVC Scholar Athlete of the Year honoree for women's golf...
Was the medalist at the Murray State/New Wave Communications
Classic and shot a 74-73 for a 147 total at the NCAA-I tournament...Junior year Katrina
was named a Second Team NCGA All-American and earned All-Midwest Region
honors...The All-GLVC pick, qualified for the NCAA-II National Tournament as an
individual for the second straight season and placed 34th with rounds of 81,75,75,81
for a 312 total...Claimed medalist honors at the Arkansas-Ft. Smith Lions Classic in the Fall with a
round of 78 and in the Spring claimed medalist honors at the Drury Shootout with a

SENIOR

Regional 1 with scores of 71-70-70=220...Was the medalist at the Murray State/New
Wave Communications Classic and shot a 74-73 for a 147 total
at the NCAA-I tournament...Had second place finishes at the Southern Indiana
Screaming Eagles Classic (75-74=149) and at the Bellarmine Spring Invite (76)...Had
three third place finishes, those at the Drury Fall Shootout, the Midwest Shootout and
the Oak Terrace Invite hosted by UMSL...Tied for seventh in the NCAA-I field at the
Missouri State/Payne Stewart Memorial...Had a 75.8 stroke average on the season
with her season low 70 coming at the NCAA-II Super Region 1.
JUNIOR

the Fall...Choate tied for seventh to open Fall play at the Drury Shootout with a two
round 153... In the Spring Katrina tied for second at the Great Lakes Valley Conference
Championship and was also second at the Lewis Aviator Classic...She tied for third
at the NCAA-II Women's Super Regional 1 to make the NCAA-II National Tournament
field...Tied for fifth at the Lady Otter Invitational.
SOPHOMORE
Earned All-Midwest Region honors...Had an excellent 2009-10 season in which she
qualified the 2010NCAA-II National Tournament and tied for 42nd...She claimed
medalist honors at the NCAA-II Super Region One hosted by Drury with a three round
score of 322 which included a career low round of 71...Choate was also the
medalist at the Truman State Bulldog Classic with a two round (165)
helping the Panthers take the team title...She finished second at the Shootout
at Aguila to open Fall play with a two round 146...Had a 78.1 stroke average
for the 2009-10 season.
REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN
Had a pair of top 10 finishes with a second place at the Lewis
Aviator Classic (154), where she shot rounds of 79,75 and tied for
sixth at the Drury/Ledgestone Classic with a two round 168...
Tied for 18th at the Northern Kentucky Spring Invitational with a 77...
Tied for 44th at the Hiddenbrooke Intercollegiate hosted by Drake with
a three round score of 256.
FRESHMAN
Tied for seventh at the Midwest Shootout in the Fall of 2007...Played
11 rounds...Shot a season low round of 74 in the Fall at the Oklahoma
Intercollegiate.
