Son of Mark and Debbie Martin.
AT DRURY...
SENIOR
His top three finishes of the season were all in the Fall with a eighth place tie at the Sandestin Collegiate Championship...He tied for 25th at the Missouri Intercollegiate and tied for 26th at the MGA Collegiate Preview also in the Fall...In the Spring he tied for 27th at the NCAA-II Midwest Regional with a three round 224 shooting a 73 in the second round.
JUNIOR
Kyle had his top finish of the year at the Great Lakes Valley Conference with a second place finish and a three round score of 217....Had his top Fall finish at the North Alabama Fall Classic where he was seventh and shot a first round score of 70...Kyle was 22nd at the Illinois-Springfield Invite and tied for 23rd the Great Lakes Regional #3 in the Spring...Earned All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honors.
SOPHOMORE
Opened the Spring season with a 23rd place tie at the Hiddenbrooke Intercollegiate...Shot rounds of 74 and 78 at the Northern Kentucky Spring Invitational...In the Fall he tied for 28th at the UMSL/Triton Invitational with a two round 153.
FRESHMAN
Tied for 16th at the Truman State Bulldog Invitational and tied for 19th at the Pasta House/Drury Invitational in the Fall of 2007 where he shot a season low round of 71.
PREP...
Was an all-state and a two-time all-district selection at Harrison High School for coach Don Price...Helped Harrison to a state runner-up finish in 2006 and two district titles...Graduated with a 3.87 grade point average and was a member of the National Honor Society.
