Drury University Athletics

On event days, the ticket office will open one hour prior to the event and is located at the main entrance on the north side of the arena. The daytime ticket office is located at the lower-level northeast entrance of the O’Reilly Family Event Center marked for Drury University Athletics. Short term ticket parking (marked by loading zone signs) is available on Summit Ave closest to this entrance. Hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. We are available by phone at 417-873-7000. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours vary according to event schedules. Feel free to call us prior to your arrival to ensure we are open. 

Can I come to the ticket office and purchase concert tickets? No. Concert tickets are available to purchase online here. On event days, the ticket office will open one hour prior to the event start time. 

Can I come to the ticket office and purchase Drury basketball tickets? Yes! Hours of operation for the O'Reilly Family Event Center Ticket Office are Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm and by appointment. Please call 417-873-7000 for more information. On event days, the ticket office will open 1 hour prior to the event start time. 

Our rows are labeled as letters. Row A is closest to the court/floor and row P is closest to the concourse. 

Any lost or stolen ticket can be reprinted at the ticket office. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper photo ID and/or credit card used must be presented before new tickets will be issued. 

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks. To purchase tickets online or by phone you must use a credit or debit card. There is NO additional fee for using a credit or debit card for payment. 

In the event of a cancellation, the ticket price paid and any fees will be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If you purchased with cash or check, a check will be mailed to you if the ticket office is in possession of your mailing address. If you’re unsure if your address is on file with us or need to update your mailing address, please call us at 417-873-7000 or tickets@drury.edu. Delivery fees for mailing your purchase will not be refunded. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the cancellation date for refunds to be processed. If after that period of time you have still not received your refund, give us a call at 417-873-7000.

General Admission Pit tickets are standing room only tickets located on the arena floor close to the stage. There is no physical seating available when you purchase these tickets and you may not bring lawn chairs, etc. 

If you are a NEW season ticket holder, you can call us at 417-873-7000 or email us at tickets@drury.edu to purchase basketball season tickets. If you are RENEWING your season tickets, you may do so online here. 

Clear bags sized 6"x12"x12" are permitted in the arena but will be searched upon entry to venue. Bags larger than this, even if clear, are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Bringing a bag could add 30 minutes or more to your entry process.?

All guests will be required to pass through a handheld metal detector wand performed by event security upon entry.

Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. O’Reilly Family Event Center does not provide weapon lockers and will not check-in weapons at Guest Services. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest. 

Smoking and the use of tobacco products is not allowed inside of O'Reilly Family Event Center. "Smoking" and the "use of tobacco products" is defined as the smoking of tobacco via cigarettes, cigars, or pipes, or the use of devices or products that may be used to smoke or mimic smoking (including bongs, hookahs, vaporizers, e-cigarettes, etc.).?However, we have a designated smoking and tobacco use?section located outside of the northeast exit. You can get your hand stamped and re-enter the building through that entrance. When guests re-enter, they will go through all of the venue entry procedures including metal detectors, bag checks and ticket checks.

Guests are prohibited from bringing strollers or wagons of any kind into the arena. O'Reilly Family Event Center provides wheelchair escorts for guests with limited mobility from any O'Reilly Family Event Center entrance to the guest's seating location. Upon arriving at an entrance, please ask a Guest Experience Safety Ambassador for Assistance.?

Official tickets for O'Reilly Family Event Center events may be purchased through?www.drurytickets.com, O'Reilly Family Event Center Box Office.?These sources are the only authorized ticket-selling agents of O'Reilly Family Event Center. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source.

Guests must have their tickets on their persons at all times when attending an event. Screenshots of tickets and printed PDFs of tickets will not be accepted.

In the case that the event is canceled, ticket holders will be contacted on a case-by-case basis with available options.

O'Reilly Family Event Center is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please be aware of our Stop in Play Policy which requires guests to refrain from accessing their seats until the game has stopped play for a timeout or break. In concerts, please be aware of your surroundings and help ensure that fellow guests' view and experience is not impaired by entering or exiting your seat. 

No loitering, trespassing, soliciting/peddling, resale of tickets, resale or sale of merchandise or other items is permitted on Drury University property without Drury University prior approval. All in violation of this policy will be subject to arrest.? 

The ‘If You See Something, Say Something™’ campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you see something, say something! To report suspicious activity, see your nearest Usher, Police Officer or Security Officer.?

Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. In addition, the following items are to be noted: O'Reilly Family Event Center and Drury University reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be impaired. There shall be a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each Guest, per purchase, per valid ID. All Guests, regardless of their age, will be asked to show positive identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages and will receive a wristband. Acceptable forms of valid United States identification are: Driver’s License, Passport, United States Passport Card, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo and Mexican Consular Card. O'Reilly Family Event Center and Drury University reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty one (21) who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises. O'Reilly Family Event Center and its food and beverage concessionaires will implement ongoing responsible alcohol management training sessions for its serving staff. Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting the building.

O'Reilly Family Event Center and Drury University reserves the right to change or modify the alcohol policies at any time.

Items found before, during, or after an event should be turned into the Guest Experience Center located in the box office off the concourse by the main entrance.

All items will be kept for 7 calendar days. After day 7, ID’s and credit cards will be shredded. All other Item(s) will be donated to charity or disposed of at the discretion of management if not claimed. O’Reilly Family Event Center management assumes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Guests can check the Guest Experience Center at any point during an event for a lost item. After an event, guests can submit a lost & found form at? www.ondrurylane.com/lostandfound
